Awaken Holistic Counseling Services (AHCS), founded in 2016 by Kerri M. Vercellini, LCMHC, LMHC, is a New Hampshire–based private practice providing customized holistic counseling, coaching, consultation, and holistic support services. The practice helps individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change through personalized, whole-person care.
Whether you're seeking support for emotional well-being, relationships, life transitions, or personal growth, you'll find a compassionate, collaborative environment where your unique goals, strengths, values, and beliefs help guide the work we do together. My own journey—both personally and professionally—has shaped the therapist I am today.
Along the way, it became increasingly clear to me that many of us lose touch with our authentic selves—or never have the opportunity to fully discover who we truly are in the first place.
Family dynamics, life experiences, relationships, expectations, stress, and adversity can gradually disconnect us from our innate knowing, wisdom, and sense of self.
That realization became the foundation of my work and continues to fuel my passion every day.
I believe every person has the capacity to reconnect with who they truly are and create a life that feels more meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with the life they want to live.
My mission is to help guide that journey by creating a compassionate, supportive space where people can explore, heal, learn practical new tools and skills, and feel empowered to build healthier, more connected relationships while fully embodying who they are.
As part of my commitment to helping people of all backgrounds and socioeconomic circumstances, I offer a variety of educational, networking, and community events designed to make holistic wellness more accessible.

You can park in the plaza parking lot adjacent to the road OR the lot behind the back of my building.
